About the catalog images. Each image is drawn by the library's own thumbnail
function from the same paint layer the map renderers use, in the standard's colors (Appendix M,
Table M-II). On a map, pips, dots and other decoration stay the same size on screen at every zoom,
and lines are drawn through the points the operator places. The wind barb follows Table M-I's draw
rule; the standard lists no entity code for it, so it has none here.
